Stripe processing fees apply to every plan, typically 1.5% + EUR 0.25 per EU transaction. Membrz fees are added to Stripe fees.

At settlement, after your event ends, the 5% Starter charge comes out of ticket revenue. Nothing is due upfront. Sell no tickets and owe nothing.
Yes. Change plans whenever you like; the new rate starts with your next event settlement. Monthly plans have no lock-in. Cancel or downgrade anytime in account settings.
No. Stripe bills a separate processing fee, typically 1.5% + EUR 0.25 per transaction for EU cards. Membrz applies its percentage to ticket revenue before Stripe's fee, so the total deduction includes both fees. Your settlement report shows each clearly.
Your account returns to Starter in the next billing cycle, while existing events and data remain intact. Events settling after the downgrade use the 5% Starter rate. You may reactivate a paid plan anytime.
Monthly subscription charges cannot be refunded after the billing cycle begins. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new plan without settling an event on it, contact [email protected] and we will review your case.
No. Every plan, including free Starter, supports unlimited events and has no ticket-sales cap per event. The only plan limit is payout recipients per event: 3 on Starter, unlimited on Creator and Promoter.
