Platform tools

All you need for the money side of a live event

Membrz brings ticketing, merch, door check-in, and payout splits into one connected platform. No spreadsheets, manual transfers, or uncomfortable post-show talks about who gets what.

Four key capabilities

Designed to work as one system

Ticketing

Build event pages, add multiple ticket tiers, set capacity, and share a branded checkout link. Stripe processes payments, and tickets arrive by email with a QR code.

Merch

Show merchandise beside your tickets. Attendees can add items at checkout. Monitor stock and fulfil orders from the same dashboard used for ticket sales.

Door Scanning

Any staff member with a phone can scan tickets at the door. It works offline and blocks duplicate scans across multiple devices. Attendance updates in real time, so you know the venue's capacity.

Payouts

Set recipients and shares before the event. Once the show ends, Membrz works out each amount and sends funds through Stripe. No manual reconciliation.

Why it counts

One system keeps data connected across stages

Separate tools for tickets, door scanning, and payouts leave gaps. The door scanner cannot connect to the ticket database, while the payout tool has no view of merch revenue. Someone must reconcile everything manually, often after midnight on show night.

Membrz ties these steps to one event record. Each ticket sale updates capacity and the payout calculation. A door scan marks that ticket used in the same system. Once the event ends, settlement gathers all transactions, applies your split rules, and routes the money. No exports, imports, or spreadsheets.

We built this after running events and handling the manual work ourselves. We know the cost in time, errors, and strained artist relationships when payment came weeks after the show.
