Scan QR code
Aim the camera and scan. Valid tickets turn green with the attendee name. Invalid or used tickets turn red with the reason.

The dashboard refreshes in real time as guests enter. Compare capacity with tickets sold and catch gate delays before queues form.

Offline use
At shift start, the scanner stores the ticket list. With weak venue Wi-Fi or no signal, check-in still works.
Stops duplicates
A QR code scans only once. Scanning it again shows "Already used", even when the first scan was on another device.
Several staff phones
Use separate phones at multiple checkpoints. Scans share one attendance count, ideal for multi-door venues or VIP and GA lanes.
Timed entry log
Each scan records its time and the staff member. Export the complete entry log after the event for capacity reports or insurance records.
